MamaSprout is a Custom Wellness Box for pregnancy and postpartum. Our goal is to address the concerns that come along with some pregnancies and help you to work through them to have your best pregnancy possible. We will provide supplements and products that address your concerns so you can enjoy your pregnancy. We also include education about the nutritional and emotional needs of pregnancy and motherhood. At MamaSprout we believe tha knowledge is power and in order to have your best pregnancy and motherhood experience you need the information that comes along with this beautiful journey.

When you answer your 1st questionna/ire (upon purchase), your allergy will be noted on your account. You will not receive any supplements or products that contain your allergen. At this time we can accommodate the following dietary restrictions: Gluten free, Dairy free, Peanut free, Tree Nut free.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate kosher needs at this time.

You will select the “gift” option when you checkout. The person you gifted to will receive an email with a gift certificate. Once they accept the gift certificate and answer their 1st questionaire, they will receive their wellness box. At this time, gifted boxes are one time only and the receiver will have the option to subscribe to more boxes at a discounted price.

If you would like to cancel your subscription you can email us and we will take care of the cancelation for you. You must give us 3 days notice prior to the next billing.

We are so sorry for any inconvenience. Email us a picture of the damage and we will replace the product or credit your account if your product is not usable.

We spend great time and detail to curating custom boxed based on your pregnancy concerns. Every product has been sampled by our midwife and her years of experience with clients. Our hope is that you enjoy the products as much as we have. However, we are committed to our members satisfaction, if you are unhappy with the box that we provided please get in touch with us. 

Returns will need to email within 14 days of receipt of product You will receive a return label via email and have 14 days from receipt of email to return the product. Unfortunately there is no reimbursement for shipping costs and processing fees. Reimbursements will go through the same method of payment.

If you experience a pregnancy loss, you can contact us and we will replace your pregnancy box with a custom “Support Box” instead. It is important to us that everyone receives the support needed during the difficult time of a loss. Feel free to reach out via email if you need us to switch your box. Our hearts go out to you during this difficult journey. After you receive your support box, your future boxes will automatically be cancelled.
