Membership & Subscription Service

Monthly boxes will be shipped to your address at the price listed. You may receive emails regarding your account or promotions for special offers, including third party offers. By purchasing any subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive periods, at the then-current subscription rate. To cancel your subscription at any time, you must email support at [email protected] at least 14 days prior to your next scheduled renewal date to avoid the monthly charge. There will be a cancellation fee of $200. Renewals occur on the 5th of the month, subject to time zone differences. We reserve the right to revoke your subscription at any time. Membership is void wherever prohibited by law. Returns with a request for a refund will be refunded the amount paid for the subscription cost minus the shipping and processing fees and is at the discretion of customer support. Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days if you are unhappy with the box you received. The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. Once your refund request is processed, we will email you a return label, at which time you will be required to take the return label and Goods to your local shipping store and ship them back. We will reimburse You in a commercially reasonable amount of time after we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
